ok, maybe a little stress

I don’t believe in jinxes or any of that hocus-poci, but isn’t it just a laugh and a half that, after bragging about my stress-free holiday season, I was involved in something that brought my level of stress far up, up out of the chimney, past the rain clouds, up UP into the stratosphere?

I have tried and tried to write about it, intending it for a protected post, but I just can’t right now.

Many of you know anyway, but here’s the two-line recap: I was in a car accident this past weekend. I was not hurt, the other party was hurt, but not too terribly.

I am traumatized. I am sad. I am also relieved and grateful. And full of dread about the insurance aftermath.
