how not to combat the crazies
Feeling completely nuts with the hormones? I’m here to tell you, don’t:
- drink two big beers!
- swallow a big plate of fried food!
- find ways to be in traffic for hours!
- be opaque and passive aggressive whilst on the phone
- pick a fight (see above)
- skip that workout
- make those assumptions
- raise those expectations
- forget those Excedrin
- assume you can get anything done and/or improved — you are in survival mode, sister.
