how not to combat the crazies

Feeling completely nuts with the hormones? I’m here to tell you, don’t:

  • drink two big beers!
  • swallow a big plate of fried food!
  • find ways to be in traffic for hours!
  • be opaque and passive aggressive whilst on the phone
  • pick a fight (see above)
  • skip that workout
  • make those assumptions
  • raise those expectations
  • forget those Excedrin
  • assume you can get anything done and/or improved — you are in survival mode, sister.
