Each day from December 1st through the 25th features a photo, a fun link to follow, and a deeply embarrassing excerpt from one of my many teenage diaries — I will choose one that corresponds with that day’s date. PS Two disclaimers: I am aware that traditional advent calendars only go to the 24th. However, 25 is much nicer, as it creates a square grid. Also, the contents of this calendar is non-traditional in other ways — there are healthy dollops of, shall we say, irreverence plopped throughout.
