tiny universes

I love little things. You might even call me a miniaturist. I loved my dollhouse so much when I was little, I would get up in the middle of the night to play with it. I would spend hours arranging and rearranging the eensyweensy silverware, newspapers, vases, lamps. I imagine one room of my heaven to be small, with sparkles, and the soundtrack jingly.

Recently, black holes got a whole lot more interesting for me when I found out there might be microscopic ones! Oh, tiny little black hole, you’re so tough!

Some weenie worlds I like to inhabit: Bendito Machine; Samorost One and Two; the site for the Concretes’ In-Colour; Tiny Tube; and [prepare for diabetic shock] Cute Overload.

I reread this entry and am grossed out at the preciousness of my tone. But dammit, I stand by the tiny! Besides, there’s more to me than this. The other rooms of my future heaven will be filled with punk rock and knives!!
