I know it’s a busy week of old traditions and family rituals, what with today’s commemoration of the birth of Abe “the Baby” Lincoln, tomorrow’s moon waxing to an exact First Quarter, Valentine’s Day on Thursday (aka feel-like-a-spinster day), AND Friday’s Canadian Flag Day! I’ve got to get to the post office to get my Flag Day gifts in the mail to Nunavut, stat! (disclaimer: perhaps this entire sentence was crafted so that I could invoke the name of Canada’s most excellentest territory.)

Oh! I so digress. Anyway, another Wednesday, another Ponyshow. I will be actively wooing my hosts, my fellow performers, and all audience members. Valentines, candies, kisses, and offers of cheap feels will be in abundance as I try to feel better about my kajillionth V-Day alone and unloved. And of course, I shall be reading another gripping entry from my teenage diaries.

    That goth Abe is freakin’ me out. He reminds me of someone on TV, a guy who has black painted fingernails and one of those chains that hangs from the back pocket to the front pocket. I *think* he’s a tattoo artist on “Miami Ink.”

    Or maybe he’s a stock boy at the local Meijer grocery store. I’ve gotta think more about it.

    ooh, sorry to double post, but I do actually protect said shrinky dink and I had to go find it, also note, that I am in no way a Dave Navarro fan. It’s in my flickr stream.

    Oh, that is one awesome Dave Navarro shrinky dink — and very drag-Abe-like. As cool as it is, however, I hope that I never have to type that particular sentence again!
