scenes from wedding #1
A corgi named Dusty in a bow tie
Hooray for the newly married, Ellen and Albert
Greeting the paparazzi. Note the San Francisco skyline in the background. Location was the Presidio’s Log Cabin. I suggest you get married there; it is fabulous. Um, hello and speaking of fabulous? Ellen the bride.
Me, outfit, skyline. The vintage swing coat looks a little graduation-robe-y, but trust me, it read as fab. It has a turquoise lining that pulled the whole look together. Only anger issue of the outfit: stupid silver hose snagged and ran unforgivably.
My friends Eddie and Doug, decked out in Javanese finery. It was sartorial touches like these that made me feel pure glee.
Ah. I got to see and squeeze old friends. And eat good food. And chase a dog in a bow tie. And gawp at that view. And go to a combo Irish pub/Indian food joint afterwords and laugh into my Aloo Pakoras and Oatmeal Stout. And, of course, to celebrate Ellen and Albert. Well done, you two!
Dang, girl! You’re lookin’ so sharp!
